RAML is a simple and succinct way of describing practically-RESTful APIs. It encourages reuse, enables discovery and pattern-sharing, and aims for merit-based emergence of best practices. In this session we'll take a look at how RAML can help encourage better API patterns and solve some of today's most immediate challenges, as well as the tools out there to write RAML, and use it within interactive docs to let your users to quickly and easily test out endpoints- all with non-proprietary, open source tools based on the YAML and JSON standards.
